Meditation is something we all need to understand for it is the best method of adapting to life.

Knowing the purpose of Meditation allows us to understand what meditation practice is and allows us to fully engage the practice.

You have to know why you’re doing it for it to have any effect.

You can sit in meditation for a lifetime and there will be superficial changes, maybe, but if you know the truth of what meditation is, you can take it with you everywhere and engage it on the bus, on the flight, driving and walking, and in quiet moments discover the freedom it brings.
