Lana brought her East Coast flair to the mountains when she moved to Denver from The DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia). The path she traveled to organizations who want to discover their strengths, hardly resembles a straight line. After graduating with a B.S. in International Business from University of Maryland, her adventures have included eight years in sales, six years in the multi-million dollar cheerleading industry, five years in ministry, four years in education and more than ten years in entrepreneurship. As an entrepreneur, Ms. Hailemariam owned a Gold’s Gym Franchise, an Indoor Football Team (Maryland Maniacs) as well as a personal training company called Star Fitness, Inc.
While new clients are a first love, she only takes a certain number of clients per month in order to maintain a healthy balance of work, family and personal time. When Lana is not coaching, she is likely curled up with a good book, binge watching Netflix or enjoying nature outdoors somewhere beautiful.
